Six Months Course

Certificate course in Basic Food Production

Duration – 06 months
Half year session – January, 2021 to June, 2021 / July, 2021 to December, 2021
Entry qualification – 8th pass

Course Objective

  1. Develop proper knowledge of cooking.
  2. Develop skills in various types of cuisines.
  3. Knowledge about various departments in the kitchen.
  4. Knowledge about the ingredients and methods of cooking.
  5. Knowledge of the equipments and tools used in the kitchen.
  6. Develop confidence and cooking skills by on-job practical training and lectures of industry experts.

Admission Process

  1. Students are required to fill their correct information in the REGISTRATION / ENROLLMENT FORM.
  2. Students are required to submit their colour photos along with the Registration / Enrolment form.
  3. Following documents are required to be submitted by the students:
    • Attested copy of Leaving Certificate
    • Attested copy of Mark sheets
    • Copy of Aadhar card / Residential proof
