Six Months Course

Half year session –January, 2021 to June, 2021 / July, 2021 to December, 2021
Entry qualification – 10th pass

Course Objective

  1. The students acquire and develop knowledge of the hotel and catering industry and its relation to their own particular jobs within the industry.
  2. Knowledge of different types of service.
  3. Knowledge of menu items including their accompaniments.
  4. Mise-en-place for the services.
  5. Basic knowledge of the history, composition and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  6. Knowledge and care of equipments used in the restaurants.
  7. Knowledge of table layout in the restaurant.
  8. Etiquettes and manners to deal with the guests, management and colleagues.

Admission Process

  1. Students are required to fill their correct information in the REGISTRATION / ENROLLMENT FORM.
  2. Students are required to submit their colour photos along with the Registration / Enrolment form.
  3. Following documents are required to be submitted by the students:
    • Attested copy of Leaving Certificate
    • Attested copy of Mark sheets
    • Copy of Aadhar card / Residential proof
